I offer private in home professional chef/catering services. This includes small to large dinner parties, casual family dinners, wine pairings, open houses, etc . I offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also offer drop off services. With larger parties I have available staff including bartenders and wait staff. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (NY) and have over 30 years experience in restaurant, hotel management and in home private chef work. References are available upon request.
